At Eye on Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging; furniture must be disassembled and secured as it was originally received.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
