Standard shipping for in-stock furniture usually takes 7-14 business days. Custom-made or oversized pieces may require 4-6 weeks for production and delivery via our specialized white-glove service.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Eye on Design ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most decor items in their original packaging. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also track your status directly through your account dashboard on our website.
